Throughout the process, we keep you informed of progress and any additional requirements. Typical service durations vary depending on the type of service and the processing times of third-party institutions — for example, USA LLC formation typically takes around 20 days, while UK LTD formation is usually completed within 3 days, though actual timelines may vary based on the receiving authority’s workload and the completeness of your submitted documents.
We work securely and transparently at every step. All client documents and information are handled with strict confidentiality and are used only for the purpose of delivering the service you have requested. We do not share your information with any party outside of what is necessary to complete your application (such as the relevant government authority, bank, or payment platform).
Nature of Our Role
Finset Formation is not a government agency, bank, or payment provider. We act as an independent agent and consultant on your behalf, preparing and submitting applications to third-party institutions including but not limited to the IRS, Companies House, HMRC, state filing offices, partner banks, and payment platforms. While we apply our expertise and experience to give your application the best possible chance of success, the final decision on approval, registration, or account opening rests solely with the relevant third-party institution and is outside our direct control. We do not guarantee specific approval outcomes or third-party processing times.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date documents and information in a timely manner. Delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or late submissions from your side may affect the processing timeline of your service, and Finset Formation cannot be held responsible for such delays. You are also responsible for reviewing all documents we prepare on your behalf before submission and notifying us promptly of any corrections needed.
Payment Terms
Full payment (or an agreed partial payment, where applicable) is required before we begin processing your service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. All prices listed on our website are subject to change without prior notice, though any price agreed upon at the time of your order will be honored for that order. Any third-party fees, such as government filing fees, registered agent fees, or bank application fees, are separate from our service fees and are the responsibility of the client unless explicitly stated otherwise in your package.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party institutions, including processing times of government authorities, banks, or payment platforms, or by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, government actions, or technical outages.
Termination of Service
Finset Formation reserves the right to decline, suspend, or terminate service to any client who provides false information, fails to respond to necessary requests within a reasonable time, or engages in conduct that violates these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, our Refund & Return Policy will apply to determine any applicable refund.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the United States and the United Kingdom, reflecting the jurisdictions in which our core company formation services are provided.
